Job summary

Bay Family of Companies seeks a Plant Supervisor to direct and supervise plant operations on 2nd shift, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and schedule adherence. Responsibilities include leading production teams, coordinating with the Production Superintendent, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires experience supervising staff in a production or distribution environment, strong communication skills, and a degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or distribution environment.
• Experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping/receiving.
• Coordinate shifts and communicate with the Production Superintendent.
• Ensure production paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure materials are staged for next shift.
