Job summary

Armstrong World Industries' Architectural Components Group in Marshfield, MO seeks a 2nd shift production supervisor to maintain manufacturing standards, schedule labor, and ensure on-time delivery. You will mentor staff, enforce safety and quality, coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and HR, and report to the Initial Production Supervisor.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the factory floor and the ability to adapt to changing production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum GED or high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct shift-start huddles with staff to give daily direction and goals.
• Own and sign-off on 1st piece quality and run checklists.
• Mentor and coach employees on production, safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering & Quality to solve floor issues.
• Schedule parts with Materials & Scheduling teams.
• Ensure safety and OSHA 1910 standards are followed.
