Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Five years manufacturing experience.
• Experience in quality assurance systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Able to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Responsibilities

• Direct the work activities of 2-25 employees.
• Lead morning huddles and manage daily direction.
• Ensure 1st piece and process checks meet specs.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to solve floor issues.
• Oversee safety, OSHA 1910 standards and proper documentation.
