Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Shift Supervisor.
• 3-7 years' experience in leading and managing production workers.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health & safety regulations.
• Lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the workflow of the production floor to meet targets.
• Maintain a production schedule with union production employees.
• Evaluate employees and provide coaching and training as needed.
• Email status updates and escalations to key stakeholders.
• Review and approve timecards daily for union employees.
• Perform and document plant safety and quality audits.
