Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the North Kingstown, RI area.

This full-time, second-shift role oversees electro/mechanical manufacturing and assembly, supervises production personnel, and ensures on-time delivery with high quality while controlling costs. You will enforce safety and regulatory compliance, interpret blueprints, and drive continuous improvement with the Manufacturing Manager.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a related field and 3–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the electro/mechanical manufacturing and assembly environment to ensure on-time delivery, highest quality, and lowest cost.
• Supervise production personnel including work assignments, training, payroll/timekeeping, attendance, vacation planning, salary and performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance for all production processes.
• Communicate job expectations and monitor productivity; interpret specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Manager to improve methods, equipment performance, and product quality; support new product introductions.
• Develop capital equipment justifications and manage changes through the Engineering Change Process; document changes properly.
• Drive continuous improvement in cycle counts and inventory accuracy; lead Kaizen events as needed.
• Maintain plant and equipment maintenance plans for ESD, test, packaging, calibration; secure facility at shift end.
