You will supervise production personnel, ensure on-time delivery, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in a build-to-order environment. Responsibilities include organizing workloads, mentoring staff, tracking productivity, interpreting specifications, supporting Kaizen events, and driving continuous improvement in methods, equipment performance,

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a related field or 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience.
• Electronic manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong commitment to employee development and retention.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production personnel, including work assignments, training, payroll/timekeeping, and performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance for all processes in the production area.
• Interpret and communicate specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Manager to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Support capital equipment Justifications for machine tools and process technology to improve efficiency and cost.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new product introductions on schedule.
