Job summary

D&H Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee shop floor activities, aiming to optimize output and quality. This salaried role provides daily management of personnel and collaboration across Quality, Scheduling, Maintenance, Tool Room, Engineering, Shipping and Customer Service.

The position emphasizes safety, coaching, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or related preferred.
• Strong leadership and manufacturing shop floor experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily shop floor activities to optimize output and quality.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and incidents are reported.
• Supervises staff, including performance, attendance and training.
• Assists in hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Monitors efficiencies and allocates resources.
• Collaborates with Quality, Scheduling, Maintenance, Engineering and Shipping.
• Provides hands-on coaching on the shop floor.
