Job summary

Momentum Manufacturing Group, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for 2nd shift in Franklin, NH. You will develop and maintain inspection reports, ensure products meet quality and safety standards, and verify calibration of test equipment.

You will audit processes and assist in CAPA efforts while working with Lean Six Sigma concepts. The role requires basic GD&T reading, proficiency with Excel/Word, and the ability to work extended hours in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be honest, reliable and conscientious.
• High school math, reading, and writing skills.
• Must be able to perform computer work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, e-mail, and E2 database.
• Able to read fabrication and machining blueprints including basic GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer product acceptance by inspecting products to specs at all stages.
• Audit production processes including 5S and Safety audits.
• Train machine operators in inspection of product as needed.
• Use inspection tools and record data; support internal/external reporting.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
