OSI Group in Chicago is seeking a plant supervisor to lead a production team, assign work at stations, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency. You will train staff, monitor performance, and support the supervisor in achieving daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong MS Office skills, and SAP knowledge, with at least one year in manufacturing operations and GMP compliance.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer knowledge—Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PDFs.
• Familiar with a manufacturing operating system.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Minimum 1 year of on-the-job experience with understanding of process flow, quality, efficiency, safety.

Responsabilidades

• Assigns employees to workstations and tasks; monitors performance.
• Trains employees, checks their work and corrects improper performance.
• Assists the Supervisor with safety, quality and production goals.
• Assists with setup, adjustments and inspection of production equipment.
• Performs pre-op and in-run checks daily or as scheduled.
• Locates supplies, checks code dates and optimizes production runs.
• Diagnoses production problems and initiates corrective action.
• Completes reports and enters operating data into systems.
• Keeps work area clean and GMP-compliant.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
