This onsite role is physically demanding. Starting pay is $21.60/hour with a $0.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shift, plus comprehensive health insurance, retirement benefits, and an education benefit for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks on a production line.
• Ability to stand for long periods; repetitive motions.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, knives and machinery to process meat products.
• Support management by understanding full line operations and assisting training.
• Maintain safety, quality and sanitation standards on the production line.
