Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Lead Person for the 2nd shift in Omaha, NE to oversee production on a clean, safety-conscious line. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work with knives, tools, and machinery.

Typical shift is 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Wednesday through Saturday. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential, and Smithfield offers comprehensive health insurance, retirement benefits and education support for eligible team

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate hand tools and machinery on a production line.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality standards.
• Experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
