The role requires reliability, strong work ethic and teamwork to ensure safety and quality in every batch delivered to families nationwide. Starting pay is $20.00/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential for the second shift, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to work in cold and humid production environments.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, knives and production equipment to process meat products.
• Maintain safety, hygiene and quality standards on the line.
• Assist teammates to keep production goals met and on time.
