Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assign and check work as directed by the foreman in each area.
• Monitor staffing to match production schedules and maximize productivity.
• Train operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Oversee safe and efficient production, report issues to foreman, perform periodic inspections.
• During off shifts, ensure plant safety and supervise support staff as needed.
• If needed, assume foreman duties in their absence.
• Comply with all food safety policies and procedures.
