Responsibilities

• Ensure labor is properly manned according to production schedules and reassign personnel as needed.
• Train operators in proper operation of equipment and safety procedures.
• Monitor and assist personnel and equipment for maximum productivity and efficient flow.
• Report unusual conditions to foreman and provide corrective recommendations.
• During off-shift operations, ensure safety and supervise help; carry out work assignments.
• Potentially assume foreman duties in their absence.
• Comply with food safety policies and procedures.
