The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in food production, with a track record of improved performance, staff development, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years operational experience in a food production/manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in leading production teams and driving safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production scheduling to meet the plan.
• Lead production teams and provide training and development.
• Ensure safe and healthy workplace; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with managers to monitor status of employees and production.
• Identify and implement solutions to production problems and efficiency improvements.
