Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in heavy manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse groups of individuals.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises up to 30 production employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Maintains and enforces safe working conditions and compliance with safety rules.
• Executes the production schedule as provided by the day shift manager.
• Ensures daily KPIs are achieved and analyzes root causes to implement countermeasures.
• Communicates with stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
• Inspects parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products meeting standards.
• Develops and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality.
