Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse group of employees on the 2nd shift and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Execute the schedule provided by the day shift manager and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews and manage time sheets and production records.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and adjust machines as needed.
• Identify root causes of misses and implement countermeasures to hit targets.
