You’ll mentor operators, set up slicer heads, monitor fryer oil levels, and coordinate with prep and packing teams to keep production flowing while delivering crispy, golden chips.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or supervising a team
• Experience in hot, fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of GMPs and food handling

Responsabilités

• Oversee kettles and frying process to ensure consistent quality
• Mentor and support your team of Kettle Operators
• Set up and switch out slicer heads to keep production moving
• Monitor fryer oil levels to avoid soggy chips
• Maintain logs and records for traceability and safety
• Enforce safety and food handling standards and GMPs
• Collaborate with prep and packing teams to optimize workflow
