Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physical production work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb stairs as needed.
• Reliability and strong communication with teammates and leads.

Responsibilities

• Run the flavor floor – operate seasoning equipment from the mezzanine and keep production on point.
• Lift, load, and flavor – handle partial cases of salt and seasoning like a pro.
• Prep and fine-tune – get machines ready for production and adjust flavor levels for that perfect crunch.
• Watch the details – monitor quality, consistency, and food safety at every step.
• Support the crew – assist teammates, take breaks, and stay synced with shift leads.
• Team up with Maintenance – spot issues early and help keep lines running smoothly.
• Stay organized – maintain a clean, safe, and ready-to-roll workspace.
