Job summary

Dieffenbach s Potato Chips Inc. in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Food Safety & Compliance Manager to lead our FSQA program at the Chambersburg facility.

You will ensure HACCP, GMPs, preventive controls, allergen management, and environmental monitoring are robust and audit-ready, while meeting customer and regulatory requirements. You will coach QA Technicians, drive continuous improvement, review daily quality records, and participate in internal audits and mock recalls.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing and FSQA leadership.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, PCQI, and GFSI/BRC programs.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to identify risks.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HACCP, preventive controls, GMPs, allergen control, and environmental monitoring.
• Ensure FDA, BRC, GFSI, and customer standards compliance.
• Lead internal audits, traceability checks, and mock recalls.
• Coach QA Technicians and train on GMPs and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, PD, Maintenance, and Warehouse to solve problems.
