Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd shift for the AES Factory to lead approximately 15–20 operators in a fast-paced environment, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and schedule targets while maintaining a safe workplace.

The role requires collaboration with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, control, finance, and the PMO, with emphasis on achieving cost, quality, delivery and safety goals through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Typically require a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Supervisory, Leadership and/or Manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15–20 operators to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Plan, organize, and direct production flow and safety improvements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, control, finance, and PMO.
• Achieve cost, quality, delivery, and safety goals using Lean and Six Sigma.
