Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a 4th shift Production Supervisor to lead an assembly/inspection/test team of 10–20 employees. You will drive schedule, safety, and continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma methods in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires interim Secret clearance eligibility, onsite work, and collaboration with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and finance to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Supervisory, Leadership and/or Manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
