Job summary

RTX is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor for the Microelectronics Operations Team in Andover, MA. The role oversees 10–15 represented employees in a fast-paced, high-mix environment to ensure products meet quality, cost, and schedule targets while maintaining safety.

You will drive daily operations, plan workload, train staff, and implement corrective actions. A U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required; onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Supervisory, leadership, and/or manufacturing experience is required.
• U.S. Citizen - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
