Job summary

RTX’s Microelectronics Operations in Andover, MA is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment. You will ensure quality, cost, and schedule adherence while maintaining a safe workplace.

The role requires 5 years of relevant experience or 3 years with an advanced degree, supervisory/leadership background, and ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Supervisory, leadership, and/or manufacturing experience is required
• U.S. Citizen - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience with microelectronics fabrication with the ability to operate within a clean room environment
• Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous leadership and management experience in manufacturing or similar environments with managing high volume/low mix manufacturing lines
• Experience utilizing business systems and tools that aid in managing labor, processes, and budgets
