• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

• Must be able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees daily activities to meet production goals.
• Ensure production, quality and safety standards are met.
• Lead and direct employees to work in a productive, efficient and safe manner.
• Interact with other manufacturing teams to prioritize and close out orders.
• Plan and provide training to employees on processes and equipment.
• Enforce plant rules and regulations.
• Play a key role in implementing LEAN manufacturing philosophies, techniques, and practical process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
