Job summary

SoftLite Windows & Doors in Streetsboro, OH is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Associate with extra earning potential. The role runs Monday–Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with Friday overtime as needed.

Starting at $19/hour plus a $2 shift differential, hiring is immediate. You will assemble vinyl window products, use hand tools and production equipment, rotate tasks, inspect quality, and prepare materials for shipping.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome (no experience required).
• Background in warehouse, factory, or general labor is helpful.
• Ability to work evenings and stay active throughout shift.
• Dependable, team‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a production environment.
