Job summary

RealTruck in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Production Assembler (Packer) for the 2nd shift with a shift differential. The role is on-site from Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m.

to 11:00 p.m., with a focus on assembling products according to work instructions and meeting production goals. The position requires the ability to read instructions, perform basic math, and read tape measurements accurately, with attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
