Job summary

Nature's Bakery is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently at our Nevada site. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems, prioritizing work with the maintenance manager and training teammates on proper procedures.

The role requires adherence to GMPs, OSHA guidelines, and Lean practices. The position offers benefits and a base pay range USD 39.74–$54.64 per hour, with overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of GMPs and OSHA guidelines.
• Experience with maintenance planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspects work and trains team members on procedures.
• Uses CMMS to order parts and manage work orders.
• Communicates with team and leadership on progress.
