Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Printing Associate for the 2nd shift in Sibley, IA. You will support printing operations, perform machine setup and material handling to ensure smooth production, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Standing/walking for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• English reading/writing and basic math.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; printing or paper converting a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP or CMMS is beneficial.
• Follow safety procedures and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Printing Operator with machine setup, including changing print cylinders, rollers, and related components.
• Maintain ink supplies and perform viscosity checks to ensure color consistency.
• Prepare and load paper rolls into production equipment as needed.
• Remove completed print rolls from the press and assist with machine operation.
• Clean printing presses, equipment, and surrounding work areas.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and neatly.
• Learn basic machine operations and support production needs as assigned.
