Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Printing Operator with machine setup, including changing print cylinders, rollers, and related components.
• Maintain ink supplies and perform viscosity checks to ensure color consistency.
• Prepare and load paper rolls into production equipment as needed.
• Remove completed print rolls from the press and assist with machine operation.
• Clean printing presses, equipment, and surrounding work areas.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and neatly.
• Learn basic machine operations and support production needs as assigned.

• Basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills in English
• Manufacturing experience preferred; printing or paper converting experience is a plus
• Ability to follow safety procedures, GMPs, and work instructions
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP or CMMS software is beneficial but not required
• Reliable transportation to Sibley, IA
