MiTek Industries in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Paker/Press Operator on 2nd shift to run stamping presses and auxiliary equipment, feed materials, perform first-piece inspection, and maintain safety and quality standards. You will complete production paperwork and report malfunctions.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, up to 1 year related experience, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to read prints and use a tape measure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read prints/schematics and perform basic math.
• Experience with stamping presses or metal fabrication is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate stamping press and auxiliary equipment with manual and automated packaging.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals and report malfunctions.
• Feed materials into stamping dies and perform first piece inspection.
• Pack metal connectors/steel components and label shipping containers.
• Complete quality and production paperwork for shift.
• Maintain safety and quality compliance; monitor coolant and oil levels.
