Qualifications

• Strong machine operation skills including setup, safe operation and basic maintenance.
• Experience in flexographic or similar press environments with understanding of color, registration and substrates.
• Quality control skills including visual inspection, measurement and documentation to meet specs.
• Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve press, ink and material issues efficiently.
• Pre-press familiarity with working with prepress files, plates and job tickets.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor printing presses to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare materials, load and adjust presses, and perform routine inspections during runs.
• Maintain press cleanliness and safety and perform minor adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production team and document runs accurately; follow safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the press room.
