Qualifications

• Math skills and ability to read English instructions and logs.
• Ability to handle heavy items and operate in a non-climate-controlled shop.

• Must stand for an entire shift with attention to detail.
• Fundamental machining concepts and proficiency with measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from sheets or verbal directions.
• Install fixtures and align components for safe machine operation.
• Set up and operate lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges to ensure tolerances.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; use PPE and crane/buddy system as needed.
• Assist in other areas or departments as required.
