Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to join our team in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled shop. You will set up and operate CNC lathes, read blueprints, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong math, measurement, documentation skills, and a willingness to learn. Shift is 2nd (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) with pay incentives for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes and performing setup.
• Ability to read blueprints and route instructions.

• Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines for turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling.
