Job summary

Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Final Assembly Shipping technician for the 2nd shift. The rate is $18.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, with hours Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am.

The role involves assembling and wiring assemblies, mounting equipment, and preparing shipments. A forklift certification and overhead crane operation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT support for this position.
• No relocation benefit; must reside within 50-mile radius of Greenwood facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, fit, and modify electrical assemblies per drawings and written instructions.
• Complete ISO, quality, and customer checklists as required.
• Mount/install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations.
• Receive, pick, label, pack, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Maintain minimum Kanban inventory levels and inspect assemblies for quality and cleanliness.
• Respond to change notices and customer requests; maintain forklift certification.
• Operate an overhead crane and work at heights 4–15 feet.
