Job summary

Flowserve in Pasadena, TX is seeking a 2nd shift Precision Assembler to prepare assemblies from drawings, perform testing, and document outcomes. You will assemble equipment, inspect parts, and support repair disassembly and reassembly as needed.

Candidates should read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and follow safety procedures. Overtime/weekends possible; HS diploma or GED and 0–2 years’ experience preferred; workshop experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints and drawings to assemble parts
• Operates precision measuring tools to verify tolerances
• Documents procedures and results for each build
• Follows safety procedures and uses PPE as required
• Able to perform testing and assist in repairs or disassembly as needed

Responsibilities

• Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders; perform testing when required
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of inspection equipment and tolerances
• Ensure parts are clean and assemblies follow procedures
• Read blueprints and technical documents; write routine reports
• Maintain quality and on-time delivery through teamwork
