Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced 2nd shift team member for precision assembly and hydrostatic testing in Taneytown, MD. You will read drawings, assemble components, and verify quality while using measuring tools and lifting heavy parts. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, teamwork, and compliance with safety standards.

The position operates Monday-Thursday 2:30 PM–1:00 AM ET; benefits start day one and a strong emphasis on training and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to read instructions and drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using hand/power tools; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrostatic pressure testing and precision pump assembly per BOM and drawings.
• Read blueprints, use measuring equipment, and verify parts per standards.
• Move materials with forklifts and operate cranes as needed.
• Follow all work instructions and quality procedures.
