Job summary

Greif is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to operate blow molding equipment and produce high-quality plastic parts. You will follow detailed work instructions, inspect products, and maintain a clean and safe work area in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and up to 1 year of related experience, with a willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Training and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machines and push control buttons.
• Remove plastic parts manually and trim excess flash.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Notify supervisors of quality issues and maintain clean work area.
• Follow detailed work instructions and use Shop Floor Monitoring System.
• Package production parts according to specifications and communicate across teams.
