Job summary

Greif, Inc. in Mt Sterling, KY is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for 2nd shift to run a blow molding machine and produce quality plastic parts. You will follow safety rules, read work instructions, monitor equipment, and communicate with team and supervisors to maintain production flow.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of related experience. You’ll receive benefits from day one, including a sign-on bonus after 90 days, and a potential pay increase

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety rules.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machine and monitor production quality.
• Remove parts and inspect for defects; remove flash as needed.
• Log production data and maintain clear communication with Process Techs and Supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with basic machine setup and shutdown procedures.
