Job summary

Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, is seeking an experienced Plastic Technician for 2nd shift. You will set up and monitor blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion equipment, ensuring high-quality production with strict safety and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities include changeovers, data logging, and collaboration with senior technicians to maintain OEE. A high school diploma and 2–4 years of experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Able to read and follow SOPs, perform routine maintenance, and document production data.
• Knowledge of plastics materials, molding processes, and inspection tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion equipment.
• Perform routine machine changeovers and maintain smooth production transitions.
• Adjust process parameters within preset limits to ensure product quality and consistency.
