Job summary

Greif, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd shift at its Kentucky manufacturing site to operate blow molding equipment and ensure quality parts for plastic containers.

You will follow work instructions, monitor machines, perform simple maintenance, log activities in the Shop Floor Monitoring System, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Typical duties include removing parts, inspecting quality, weighing components, and assisting with throughput while adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machines and monitor processes.
• Remove plastic parts from machines and keep work area clean.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure conformance to specs.
