Arcosa Wind Towers is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator for the Tulsa, OK facility. You will develop and implement safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will report to the Safety Manager and collaborate with the plant management team to drive safety excellence. The role emphasizes training, incident investigation, SDS management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety science, safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or related field.
• 3+ years of operational/manufacturing/plant safety experience.
• Certifications preferred: CSP, CIH, ASP, GSP.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, lead and participate in plant safety meetings.
• Train and empower supervisors to run safety meetings.
• Review and update monthly plant-specific safety metrics.
• Develop safe equipment operating techniques with Maintenance.
• Lead onboarding safety sessions for employees and subcontractors.
• Coordinate corrective actions to ensure adherence to safety policies.
