Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator (2nd Shift) to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety rules and to implement safety programs.

You will coordinate with plant leadership to lead meetings, train supervisors, and drive safety improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in safety-related field, 3+ years of safety experience, and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• CSP/CIH certifications preferred; ASP/GSP also acceptable.
• OSHA/ANSI/NFPA knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, lead and participate in plant safety meetings with management.
• Train supervisors to run safety meetings and monitor safety metrics.
• Review monthly plant safety metrics and update ESG-related initiatives.
• Develop safe operating techniques with Maintenance for machines/equipment safety.
• Lead safety onboarding for employees and subcontractors; enforce safety policies.
• Maintain SDS program and train employees on procedures.
• Coordinate with HR to support return-to-work and light-duty options.
• Ensure facility-wide compliance with OSHA, EPA, and risk management requirements.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and external regulatory compliance.
