Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the processing plant, pit operation, and support areas including shipping and quality control.
• Ensure MSHA/DEP regulations, policies, and recordkeeping are followed.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize production downtime and maintain schedules.
• Enter production data and maintain records.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
