Job summary

Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. seeks an hourly, non-exempt Crusher Operator to support daily production at our Pleasant Gap facility. You will operate primary and secondary crushing plants, perform inspections, track output, and maintain equipment while adhering to MSHA regulations and GOH policies.

The role requires flexibility for extended hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, with a strong safety focus and teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of aggregate experience preferred.
• Ability to follow MSHA regulations and company policies.
• Shift-work includes day shifts, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a primary and secondary crushing plant in back-up capacity.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections of equipment.
• Track production and complete production forms timely.
• Follow GOH/MSHA regulations and policies.
• Maintain equipment and work as a team player.
• Work over 40 hours weekly and non-traditional hours.
