The role requires following MSHA regulations, performing pre- and post-shift inspections, and maintaining equipment, with potential night shifts and weekend hours. Training provided includes MSHA ART/NM/ENM, CPR/First Aid, Skid Steer, JLG, and Rigging.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in plant operations may be considered for operator levels 1–3.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Operate primary and secondary crushing plants in back-up capacity.
• Follow GOH and MSHA regulations and policies.
• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of equipment.
• Track production and complete forms accurately.
• Maintain equipment and work as part of a team.
