Job summary

Circular Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage daily plant operations, drive safety, and ensure quality and efficiency. You will oversee staff, organize work orders, and coordinate delivery appointments to keep customers serviced profitably.

The role requires strong supervisory skills in manufacturing, ability to mentor teams, and a hands-on approach to process improvement. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and a second-shift schedule.

• Previous supervisory skills in a diverse, fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
• Be positive with proven ability to mentor team growth and succession.
• Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization and computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of multiple employees to ensure the coordination of satisfying customer needs.
• Positively and effectively lead teams to increasingly higher levels of productivity, quality and customer service.
• Constantly making sure that safety is our number one priority, every day in everything we do.
• Budget Management
• Organizing open orders, delivery appointments, requests, etc. to ensure all customers are serviced efficiently and profitably
• Solving problems as they arise, often in urgent situations
• Working various short- and long-term research and improvement projects as needed
• Excellent mechanical ability and strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedure and work from a set of written instructions
• Ability to work in a plant processing environment for extended periods of time
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility required to work successfully on a team
• Active individual who will be comfortable spending most of the day walking
• Must speak and understand English; Spanish spoken/written fluency is a plus
• Perform other duties as needed
