Job summary

National Beef is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead maintenance activities on site, ensuring safety and food safety standards are met. The role involves coaching staff, coordinating with other departments, and driving equipment uptime through planned PMs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Identify issues and decide on actions.
• Plan maintenance schedules and implement corrective steps.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to train staff.
• PLC/controls experience; refrigeration knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2nd shift maintenance activities with safety and quality standards.
• Coach, train, and evaluate maintenance team members.
• Audit for unsafe hazards and enforce policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Lead process improvements and track work using E-Maintenance.
