Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance background in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with 480V industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production equipment to keep assets running.
• Own preventive and corrective maintenance to protect uptime.
• service hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, identify leaks, replace worn components.
• Rebuild and replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, and conveyor components.
• Use a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V.
• Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to find root causes.
• Work safely and minimize downtime during repairs.
• Close out work orders and document maintenance actions.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to drive efficiency.
