Allegion is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will diagnose issues, install upgrades, and ensure equipment runs reliably to support production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, on‑call responsibilities, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands‑on maintenance in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Multi‑craft experience: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, CNC & controls.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; RCA experience preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork; ability to work with operators, engineers, managers.
• Self‑motivated with good organizational/time management.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and emergency maintenance.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic control systems, motors, drives, PLCs, VFDs; read schematics/diagrams.
